We Are Hiring!

Circet UK is currently recruiting for a Permit Coordinator to join the Traffic Management team. The role involves ensuring that projects stay on schedule by managing permits and expediting the permit process for works on behalf of clients such as Openreach.

Responsibilities as Permit Coordinator include:

  1. Administering planned and emergency street works notices/permits
  2. Liaising with Local Authorities & local staff
  3. Submitting permits and TTROs in a timely manner
  4. Managing permits/notices on behalf of the in-house TM division on the England & Scotland roads network
  5. Coordinating with third parties for permit-related requirements such as parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, and road closures
  6. Producing high-quality, detailed traffic management plans

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience with NRSWA, TMA, EToN, Symology, Street Manager, TTRO applications
  • Ability to liaise effectively with local authorities and third parties
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proactive, accurate, and methodical work approach under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in PC use, with good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Team player attitude
