Job Description

As a Clinical Care Manager, you will ensure smooth service delivery, fostering professionalism and reliability to enhance staff performance and client care. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, staffing coordination, quality monitoring, and record-keeping. You will collaborate with teams to ensure optimal staffing levels, focus on feedback mechanisms, promote a person-centered care culture, and maintain high standards.

Your role involves managing a caseload of complex clients, overseeing care packages holistically, developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments, and supporting non-qualified staff. You will engage with Clinical Commissioning Groups and Social Services, attend meetings as needed, and ensure staff competency through observations and evaluations. Maintaining up-to-date systems, delivering clinical training workshops, participating in peer supervision, and meeting NMC revalidation requirements are also key responsibilities.

The role is dynamic, and duties may evolve with the business. Regular communication with your line manager or HR will ensure alignment with organizational goals.
