As the Test Equipment Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and ensuring Test Equipment is readily available and within required maintenance for upcoming T&A work scopes. This will require working closely with the planning and ops teams to plan and identify workshop resource well in advance of launch dates to carry out the tooling maintenance to ensure readiness pre-T&A work
As the Test Equipment Coordinator, your main day to day responsibilities are outlined below:
- Create and provide job routings / work instructions to the workshop to ensure job execution is performed correctly, efficiently and safely for Site Owned and Customer Owned Test Equipment.
- Provide work scope required to bring test equipment back into service.
- Work closely with planning and ops leads to plan and schedule in required maintenance scopes on test equipment.
- Keep Tooling Store neat and tidy and act as focal point for area inspections.
- Ensure Test Equipment, which is either hired in, out of service, fine to use etc. have been tagged up accordingly in line with local site instructions.
- Deliver and collect test equipment from / to the workshops as required. Forklift license will be provided.
- Supporting to define the correct test equipment to carry out work scopes.
- Leading by example to achieve highest HSE and Quality performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and support execution of deliverables.
- Ensure preservation is managed on site test equipment.
- Create, update and improve site processes where applicable, related to test equipment.

- Have proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably aftermarket and repair solutions) – desired but not essential.
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders / customers.
- Have excellent time management skills, can work on your own imitative and be able to prioritise your own workload.
- Have good understanding of quality processes and procedures and drive compliance to them.

Role is site based. Core hours is a 37.5 hour working week.

Monday to Thursday start / finish time will be 8am to 5pm (with 1hr lunch) & Friday is 8am to 1:30pm. These hours are mandatory.

Overtime is regularly available but will be workload dependent.
