Office Co-ordinator role at Ryanair – Europe\\\’s Favourite Airline.

Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all training material for national authorities, with responsibilities including ensuring the training records are maintained as per Part 147 training standards.
- Ensure high level security and access control measures are in place.
- Co-ordinate all approved training documentation and management of the audit system.
- Prepare and update maintenance training course schedules and instructor schedules.
- Ensure sufficient equipment and materials are available to perform the range of training and examinations/assessments undertaken.
- Maintain records for all nominated training staff and ensure all personnel records are up to date.
- Ensure fair conduct of examinations as an invigilator in accordance with Part 147 examination standards across UK and Europe.
- Develop and maintain training programs to meet the requirements of Ryanair Engineering operations.
- Demonstrate a hands-on attitude with strong organisational and communication skills (written & oral).

- Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and willingness to learn new programs/software tools.
- Ability to scrutinise and provide constructive critique where non-compliance may be found.
