Blueprint Recruitment is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join a global engineering consultancy in London on a long-term, outside IR35 contract basis.
This is a full-time, site-based role in Mayfair, London, working on a variety of prestigious, high-end projects. The role requires extensive site experience, a strong controls knowledge base, and a background in installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site-based witness and commissioning
- Identifying non-performing plant and advising on corrective steps
- Assisting Technical Service Managers with complex system performance issues
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Overseeing installation, commissioning, and integration of BMS components
- Conducting system testing and troubleshooting for efficiency
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support for installed BMS systems
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong controls knowledge
- Extensive experience with BMS systems
- Experience working with consultancies
- Experience working in plantrooms on BMS systems
- Prior site-based working experience, preferably with a tools background
- Background in installation and commissioning
