We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This post is to assist with the provision of high-quality cleaning within council buildings for the Facilities Management Team. We clean a variety of buildings across North Ayrshire estate, including Schools, Nurseries, Day Centres, Offices, Libraries, Residential Homes, Depots, and Sheltered Housing Units. This position is 52 weeks per year and is based within Bryce Knox Court. The working hours are 09:00 to 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday. The role will be subject to PVG checks.

PVG (Adults)

This post is considered Regulated Work with Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults.

Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check prior to confirmation of employment by North Ayrshire Council. Please note, successful candidates will be expected to meet the cost of the relevant PVG check (£59 or £18), which will be deducted in installments from your wages following employment commencement.
