Your Role

This role is 4 days on, 4 days off – The role of the Cold Chain Operative is to ensure all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt & dispatch from the Quick LHR Facility in conjunction with the company’s documented procedure.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements.
  2. Completion of daily facility sweep of Quick LHR facility to ensure all consignments are stored correctly & dispatch scheduled accordingly.
  3. Operation of material handling equipment (MHE) for the purpose of loading & unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles.
  4. Work in collaboration with Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
  5. Arrangement of stock transfers via 3rd party linehaul solution.
  6. Shared ownership for the management of departmental mailbox.
  7. Work in conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identified discrepancies / queries.
  8. Undertaking of cleaning duties to ensure highest level of facility hygiene standards maintained.
  9. Always maintain a professional manner towards colleagues / visitors & 3rd parties.
  10. Undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the Department Manager or other Senior Management including assisting other departments during staff shortages.
