Your key duties as Client Management Accountant will be…
Production of Management Accounts and Management Information.
Bank Reconciliations
- Review bank reconciliations produced by the Assistant Accountant
- Produce bank reconciliation to PPMS funds and nominal balances
- Review payment requests produced by purchase ledger
- Review trade creditors
- Review invoice requests produced by the Assistant Accountant
VAT Returns
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and nominal reconciliation
Management Accounts
- Produce a detailed analysis of all Profit and Loss account for tax and audit purposes
- Production of Monthly Management Accounts for the above within the given deadlines. This work is to include a full analysis and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
- Prepare full notes to support the Monthly Management Accounts
- Liaise with relevant managers to present accounts monthly
- Produce audit files and liaise with Auditors for your allocated companies
Personal requirements
- Minimum 5 Years experience in preparing Management Accounts
- Advanced Excel Skills Methodical approach to work
- Good understanding of accounting practice and principles
- Be able to work under own initiative in a pressured environment, sticking to strict deadlines
- Good communication and supervision skills
- Experience in the preparation of Management Accounts
