Job Description:

I am recruiting for a part-time Sales Administrator for my client, a well-established business based in Ruislip, which will relocate to the Chiswick area in 2026.

The working hours are 08:45 – 15:30, Monday to Friday.

  • Receive orders from customers and coordinate shipments with logistics staff.
  • Coordinate delivery of goods to customers, including liaising with logistics partners when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics, payments, sales promotions, etc., and communicate within the company.
  • Identify customers with declining sales and work with sales reps to encourage orders.
  • Assist Business Developers with in-store demonstrations, including coordination, training, and logistics.
  • Support sales promotion activities during seasonal events, such as distributing promotional materials.
  • Remind customers of overdue payments and follow up accordingly.
  • Send invoices and statements of accounts receivable to customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department on customer accounts and payments.
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports.
  • IT experience is desirable for sales administration support.
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
  • Drive, flexibility, willingness to learn, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Good teamwork skills are required.
  • Knowledge of FMCG is desirable but not essential.
