Job Description

  • Work collaboratively within an award-winning team on a large-scale retail projects
  • Work through stages 3 through to 5
  • Deliver technical packages within Revit consisting of layouts and coordination among other packages
  • Attend design critiques and design team meetings in studio and remotely when required
  • Produce detailed information for building control and tender purposes
  • Collaborate with clients and ensure design intent is met
  • Lead and manage teams

Key Skills

  • ARB / RIBA qualified
  • Demonstrable experience working on large scale projects, within the UK or internationally
  • UK retail sector experience is essential
  • Experience leading an mentoring junior team members
  • Revit proficiency is essential
  • Strong technical ability showcased in portfolio
  • Ambitions to grow and thrive
  • Strong communication and experience mentoring junior team members
