In this role you be part of the highly skilled Asset Support Team, you will Identifying how operations and maintenance personnel interact with the materials and equipment (process control charts/systems, good run settings, safe operating procedures, techniques, quality control plans). You will Document the capability of the process to produce product (capability studies, process check-outs) and validating process information data post start up. You need an understanding and measuring the robustness of machine hardware and software, (systems modelling, measuring capability of unit operations, analysis of alternatives). Documenting theory of operations, process specifications and flow schematics, P&ID’s for key Areas.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • A strong awareness for safety.
  • To ensure all checks, tests and improvements are carried out in a safe manner and to the necessary safety standard.
  • To problem solve and work with the Asset & Manufacturing teams to fault find and ensure equipment operational targets are maintained utilising digital manufacturing tools.
  • To record test procedures and results as necessary including statutory requirements.
  • Gather data on asset performance and use to this data to problem solve to root cause process issues.
  • Champion centrelining adherence and control.
  • A ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving.
  • A committed and flexible approach.
  • Recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field ideally NVQ level 3 (Process /Mechanical).
  • To ideally possess a minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
