We\’re looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and managing renewable projects across the Australia-Pacific region.

This role is a key member of the Major Projects Team, providing project management expertise and insights. Major Projects are critical in delivering energy solutions to meet customer challenges. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.

What you\’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end management and delivery of renewable energy hybrid power projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, and thermal systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, risk registers, resources, and overall financial performance to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Promote a safety-conscious culture and ensure compliance with Aggreko HSE standards and Australian regulations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients on timelines, budgets, and risks.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Understanding of delivering hybrid power projects within a global organization.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in renewable energy and construction, ideally from EPC, NSP, IPP, or similar backgrounds.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including strategic planning, finance, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in hybrid power project delivery is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the constraints affecting renewable energy in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams to achieve goals.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
