  • Oversight and management of the Project Managers
  • Leadership of multiple projects
  • Managing resources with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery
  • Setting goals, tasks, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Monitoring and reporting on Planned Value and Earned Value metrics
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Risk identification and contingency planning
  • Preparing progress reports
  • Deep knowledge of programme and project management principles
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Understanding of performance evaluation principles
  • Proficiency in programme management software such as MS Office, MS Project, and PowerBI
