An experienced Reward Analyst is sought to support a range of reward and compensation projects on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have experience providing strategic and operational HR expertise within a collaborative and positive working environment.
You will be joining a wonderful, friendly, and genuine team that values curiosity about data and the stories it can tell, with a passion for turning insights into action. We’re looking for someone who will be the go-to person for all things data relating to reward.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the analysis and implementation of reward and compensation strategies.
