My client in Crewe, are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join their team on a long term temporary basis, based on performance. The successful candidate will support general labouring duties during the refurbishment of a department within a busy production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the movement and handling of materials and equipment on site
Operating the counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Supporting tradespeople and colleagues as required
Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free
Unloading and loading deliveries
Waste removal and basic site tidying
Following all site health and safety protocols
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a labouring or construction-related role
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
The working hours are Monday- Friday between 7am and 7pm, 8/10/12 hour shifts available depending on what the candidate is looking for and weekend work also available.
