Job Description

We are working with a growing private markets manager who are hiring a Product Development Specialist as part of their expansion plans. You will form part of a lean team in London and manage the launch of innovative new investment solutions for a range of investors.

This role is targeted at mid-level candidates, please do not apply if you have more than 10 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

  • You will work on developing new investment products across private markets. Contribute to research from the point of conception and then have hands-on involvement across the fund launch lifecycle.
  • Gather input from cross-functional teams to inform decisions around product structuring and operating models.
  • Reviewing legal, marketing and product documentation from a commercial perspective.
  • Share insights that influence the firm’s product launch pipeline.
  • Support with strategic product-related analyses and transforming into digestible intelligence for efficient decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years’ experience in a similar product development / product delivery / product strategy role at an investment manager or investment consultant firm.
  • Prior private markets exposure is preferred.
  • Strong project manager with proven success in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of different fund structures for a range of investors to access private market strategies.
  • 3 days in the office required per week.
