Early Careers Internship & Training Coordinator (Temporary) – Immediate Start – 3 months temporary role with a strong view to extend

Additional Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Interviews: Monday 14th & Tuesday 15th July with the view to start on Wednesday 16ht of July
  • Location: Central London office (Mon–Thurs) + remote working on Fridays
  • Contract: Temporary until October with strong possibility to extend
  • Salary £28.000 – £30.000 per annum but this will be paid on hourly rate of between £14/£15 per hour

We are working on behalf of a leading global entertainment brand to hire a passionate, proactive, and organised Early Careers Internship & Training Coordinator. This exciting temporary opportunity runs until October, with a strong potential to extend. It's perfect for someone with excellent administrative skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and a genuine interest in supporting training and early careers development.

About the Role:

This role sits within a high-energy, collaborative Learning & Development team. You’ll be coordinating internship programmes, onboarding, and training sessions for early career talent. It’s a highly interactive, office-based role (Mon–Thurs) with Fridays from home, due to the in-person nature of many programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for internship and graduate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding events
  • Communicate with interns, managers, and external facilitators in a warm, professional, and timely manner
  • Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue bookings, and training materials
  • Track attendance, feedback, and progress reports
  • Support wider Learning & Development and HR teams with admin tasks as needed
  • Act as a friendly, welcoming first point of contact for interns and early careers talent

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR, training, or early careers
  • Confident coordinating multiple projects and calendars
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – warm, professional, and approachable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems
  • A genuine interest in supporting young professionals in a creative industry
