We’re recruiting a full-time Switchboard Operator to join our team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
As the first point of contact for many patients, relatives and staff, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring calls are handled quickly, accurately and with professionalism.
Our department manages over 3,000 calls per day, including emergency and urgent inquiries, so you’ll be joining a team that truly keeps the hospital connected.
