Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the investment team and LPs on regular fund updates.
  • Delivering high-quality analysis and reporting on the fund, portfolio companies, and broader market.
  • Managing and updating fund and portfolio documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Attending LPAC meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Supporting ODDQ processes and responding to investor due diligence requests.
  • Coordinating investor communications and queries alongside the client reporting and shared services teams.

Application Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IR role, ideally in private equity.
  • Excellent report writing and able to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced-level Excel skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills.
