Job Description
Avalon is currently supporting a client within the West Midlands with the recruitment of a Housing Quality & Service Improvement Manager.
The Opportunity:
My client is seeking a Housing Quality & Service Improvement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term period.
This role will have a sole purpose on service delivery and improvement for both tenants and leaseholders. Having a clear insight and knowledge of Social Housing and the regulator is significant to proceeding with this role.
The successful candidate will:
- Support the organisation's commitment to keeping tenants and leaseholders at the centre of service improvement.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023
- Help manage and improve a housing stock for tenants and leaseholders
- Assist in delivering a transformational housing programme
- Deliver key improvements in asset compliance
- Lead preparations for regulatory inspections, including: Procuring external support
- Support the leadership team with performance framework updates
Further information:
- 12-month contract
- 37 hours per working week
- Hybrid working
- £32,900 – £41,511 per annum
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable about the housing landscape and the Regulator’s role
- DBS in place on the update service
- Full UK driver's licence with access to a vehicle
