We’re looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager with experience of ERP systems, governance and delivering business critical projects. Join a close knit team and play a pivotal role in shaping and leading projects across finance, IT, procurement and commercial.
You’ll take the lead on high impact IT and business systems projects, while also managing ongoing improvements in project governance and internal IT initiatives.
Role / Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of ERP system and IT projects
Define project scope, success criteria, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
Lead requirements gathering, workshops and process mapping with stakeholders
Coordinate IT and third-party resources to ensure successful implementation
Improve delivery structure and apply governance to internal IT projects
Support user adoption, documentation and change management initiativesSkills / Experience:
Experienced leading IT and ERP projects (e.g. COINS, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JDE)
Strong understanding of finance, procurement and commercial operations
Strong stakeholder engagement across different departments and system users
Process minded with a passion for structure, governance and continuous improvement
Experienced with Agile methodologies Package / Benefits:
Salary circa £70,000 + £5k car allowance
