Job Description
Location: Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport – DFW
Entry Level Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Availability: Must have open availability to work any shift
Role Purpose
The aircraft Fueler is responsible for the safe and efficient fueling, defueling, and servicing of aircraft at the airport. This includes performing simple mathematical calculations related to aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, and maintaining a safe work environment according to safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Perform fueling safely, operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts.
- Accurate accounting of fuel transactions.
- Conduct daily quality control checks on equipment.
- Ensure correct fuel loading and balancing.
- Defuel aircraft as directed.
Safety and Compliance
Adhere to health, safety, and security policies. The company enforces a substance misuse policy with regular testing.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English and basic math skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
