Do you have the experience and skills to be responsible for the administration of grant programmes across the rural districts of Malvern Hills and Wychavon in Worcestershire? Our Economic Development teams are looking for a full time UKSPF Support Officer to support in the delivery of their UKSPF programmes, to join the team on a secondment/fixed term contract basis. Salary for the role is up to £34,314 per annum. About you The successful candidate will: Be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of UKSPF funded grant programmes, including managing the application process, undertaking project appraisals and managing funding agreements. Co-ordinate funding appraisal panels, provide administrative support to appraisers and present project applications at panel meetings. Check and process claims and payments. Maintain project and programme records and documentation, ensuring projects are administered in accordance with legal constraints. Produce progress monitoring reports for the UKSPF funded grant programme and to present these as necessary. Support the planning and execution of work for the delivery of UKSPF funded programmes and projects and to monitor the progress of specific projects working within the UKSPF programme.
