Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities include:
- Producing weekly and monthly cost value reconciliations.
- Capturing and allocating costs and liabilities.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with internal and external teams.
- Managing opportunities and risks, and identifying deviations from standard practices.
- Assisting in developing commercial tenders, offers, and contracts.
- Identifying and escalating inappropriate costs.
- Recording and tracking insurance claims.
- Maintaining accurate contract data and records.
- Capturing and reporting on direct labour payments; drafting and awarding sub-contracts.

About you:
You should have a relevant degree in construction or commercial management, with experience in subcontractor management.
