Job Description
I have partnered with a highly regarded UK lender in the recruitment of a specialist Buy-To-Let Surveyor for a senior, head-office-based role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) to join a respected in-house valuation team, providing expert advice on complex residential investment properties, including HMOs and multi-unit blocks.
Operating within a collaborative and commercially driven environment, the successful candidate will play a key part in supporting lending decisions, panel valuer relationships, and asset management functions.
This role is ideal for an experienced surveyor who wants to take their valuation expertise to the next level in a specialist lender setting. You will work closely with the head of the surveying team, contribute to strategic reporting, and help shape best practices within a regulated, customer-focused environment. This will suit a professional within a valuation setting with designs in their career to move into less of a field-based role; allowing them to exercise their wider knowledge of the industry and also continue their own development.
