Retail Stocking Supervisor
Location: 727 GRANITE ST, BRAINTREE, MA
Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with recent retail leadership experience who are passionate about a career in retail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and location
- Monthly bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure professional customer service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Cross-train in all store operations including stocking and sales duties
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills in person, email, and phone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout shifts
- Ability to climb ladders and operate forklifts after certification
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
