New Directions Education, a preferred supplier to schools across Cardiff, is expanding its bank of General Cover Teachers to meet high demand. We are seeking motivated, adaptable, and committed educators to provide high-quality teaching across secondary schools (ages 11–18) in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate and dedicated teaching professionals
  • Qualified to teach Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  • Possess a clear, up-to-date DBS check
  • Open to all subject specialisms (all subjects considered)
  • Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply
