Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician based at our Atherstone HUB.

Working hours: 40 per week

Shift: Available shifts as follows:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 14:00 – 22:30
  • 22:00 – 06:30

Salary: Base pay £20.77 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm (£2.23 per hour), and 10pm – 6am (£2.70 per hour).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform service and repair of company fleet in line with maintenance schedules
  • Complete service and inspection records
  • Prepare vehicles for annual MOT testing
  • Perform ad-hoc repairs and investigate vehicle defects

Qualifications:

  • LGV C&E license (class one) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of automotive and testing equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy vehicle components
  • Experience with welding and electrical troubleshooting
  • Valid driving license
