Main duties of the job
The varied role of the Administrator will include:
- Supporting the team to action work requests via the admin generic inbox, including the processing of referrals on the patient administration system (Rio)
- Diary Management and booking clinic appointments.
- Having contact with patients, carers, relatives, and other external stakeholders.
- Typing letters and reports via BigHand (audio) and/or copy typing.
- Using the patient record system RIO (training provided).
- Taking and screening phone calls and managing the admin mailbox.
- Organising and minuting meetings.
- Reception cover.
