Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our client. The successful candidate will preferably have a strong background in handling commercial insurance policies; however, our client will consider someone from a personal lines background too. The successful candidate will be able to work with a range of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
  2. Providing excellent customer service to clients, including answering queries and providing advice on coverage options
  3. Negotiating premiums and policy terms with clients and insurers
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client policies and interactions
  5. Providing support to the sales team in the development of new business opportunities

Requirements:

  1. Commercial Broking experience required
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
