Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager for a role based in North England. The successful candidate will have a background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractors on projects up to £15 million.
Our client operates across the UK, with initial projects in South Yorkshire and the North East. Responsibilities include:
- Managing site teams including Site Manager, Works Manager, and Engineers
- Working autonomously and reporting to a visiting Contract Manager
- Liaising with the Commercial Team and Senior Management
- Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Managing Subcontractors
- Placing material orders timely
- Updating site plans to reflect deliveries
