About the role
- All employees have a responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.
- Unpacking checking and putting away inbound deliveries/informing recipients they have arrived via the booking in system.
- Booking in items for repair, and checking all relevant accompanying forms are completed and correct.
- Logging errors on incoming goods in the relevant system
- Running weekly fire alarm tests and logging outcome with Facilities
- Preparing and dispatching items following internal processes.
- Ensuring paperwork is complete and correct for outgoing items, including export and dangerous goods paperwork.
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Undergo necessary training in order to fulfil all duties.
- Waste management (in line with regulations) of local waste stored in warehouse.
- This role will be part time and used to support cover for team absence – a willingness to work different hours during periods of team absence is essential – if additional hours are required these will be reimbursed at the standard rate.
- Maintaining overview of pool cars in case of team absence
- Undertake any other duties and projects in order to meet personal, team and organizational objectives.
- This role is a 20-hour contract working Monday – Friday 12.30pm – 4.30pm also covering morning shifts when staff holidays.

- Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience.
