Job Description:
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.

The Recruitment Team, part of the Council’s Human Resources department based in the City Centre, provides support and guidance on all recruitment aspects, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing for both internal and external applicants.
The successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive, accurate, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment service to the council and external organizations for various campaigns. The role requires adaptability, responsiveness to customer demands, and a proactive approach to delivering professional service.
We seek someone with prior experience in recruitment or transactional services, capable of handling confidential and sensitive information efficiently in line with KPIs. Training and guidance will be provided.
