Job Title: Sushi Prep Chef
As a Sushi Prep Chef, you will assist in maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen and help with the preparation of all dishes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Having good sushi knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills.
- Having a passion for quality food and knowledge of Asian produce.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering.
- Assisting with dish preparation, ensuring your work is always delivered to the highest standard.
