Job Description:
A well-established commercial FTSE 250 organisation is currently seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to play a leading role in managing the day-to-day Group Secretariat requirements for the Group.
Responsibilities include managing Board and Board Committee Meetings, corporate administration including Companies Registry filings, and making required disclosures.
The Assistant Company Secretary will also lead key projects such as producing the Annual Report and organising the AGM. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with listed company, corporate, and regulatory requirements, and embedding best practices.
