Registered Manager Duration: Initially 3-6 months Hours: 37 hours a week Rate: £31 umbrella an hour (£25 PAYE an hour) Location: Stroud We are currently working with a Children's Charity, who are looking for a Children's Registered Manager to join their service based in Stroud. Responsibilities: Be responsible for the operational management and leadership of a residential home, setting the values, principles and ethos of the home in line with national standards and company policy, procedure and expectations, leading to the delivery of excellent quality care that achieves positive and agreed outcomes for children and young people Providing supportive 1-2-1's and reflective supervision to direct reports and to ensure this standard is replicated, to create a service/team who are aware of their responsibilities and are motivated, skilled and qualified Delivering positive and continuous improved outcomes for children and young people Managing and being responsible for all aspects of the homeRequirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or and equivalent Level 5 Diploma as defined by the DFE Guide to Children's Homes Regulations 2015 Knowledge and understanding of the CQC regulations, OFSTED requirements Flexible approach to working hours and to cover on call arrangements if necessary Current driving license Experience as a Registered Manager within a Children's setting
