Salary and Benefits
We pay above the average pay rate per hour plus Mileage and Paid Travel Time ON TOP of the hourly rate.
PAID Training and guaranteed 5% pay increase every year and an opportunity to grow with our Career Recognition Programme.
Other Benefits : £150 refer a friend scheme, free car valeting at six months , contribution to your annual vehicle service charge, Paid Birthday day off and Company events 4 times a year.
Duties will include but not limited to:
· Personal care, helping them to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening, including a shower or bath.
· Assist them with dressing/undressing.
· Preparing meals and snacks.
· Helping with laundry or light housework.
· Supporting our clients to access the community.
· Prompting & administering medication.
