Role: Small Works Project Manager Location: North West  Duration: On-going  Freelance £350 per day CIS  Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large healthcare site.  The ideal candidate must have a strong construction background or FM Project delivery. The Role P&L support Financial sign offs Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year Health & Safety sign off Client facing and holding meetings Reports  Understanding of RIBA stages Willing to learn about HTM\’s CDM regulations  Temporary works knowledge Qualifications & Experience  Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
