Full-Time New Homes Sales Advisor – York
£35,000 Basic + Generous Commission Package
Working Days: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 4:30pm
Location: York area

Maitland Selwyn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our established client, a reputable and growing housebuilder, for a Full-Time Sales Advisor to join their thriving team in the York area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about helping people find their dream home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and guiding buyers through the entire sales process – from first enquiry to completion.

  • Managing the presentation of the sales area, show homes, and marketing suite.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism.

  • Liaising with internal teams, mortgage advisors, and solicitors to ensure a smooth home-buying journey.

  • Keeping up-to-date records of leads, progress, and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, confident, and self-motivated attitude.

  • Organised and detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.

  • Flexibility to work the Thursday to Monday rota, including weekends.
