You’ll be comfortable working across multiple projects and collaborating with colleagues at all levels.\\nKey Requirements:\\n * A degree (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline\\n * Experience working with NEC contracts (NEC3 and/or NEC4) in infrastructure or technology projects\\n * A solid understanding of contract law and industry-standard forms (e.g. NEC, JCT)\\n * Strong IT skills (particularly in Excel and Word)\\n * Excellent communication and negotiation skills\\n * A self-starter who’s highly organised, with a keen eye for detail\\nBonus points if you have:\\n * Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g.

RICS, CIOB)
