We are working with a leading MEP consultancy in Central London seeking a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to support major Cat A high-rise commercial office developments .
This is a contract role (outside IR35) offering Β£40 per hour , with a flexible hybrid setup – just 3 days per week in the office .
Role Overview
You\’ll play a key role in the electrical design and coordination of high-rise office schemes (Cat A fit-outs), working closely with internal design teams, architects, and contractors. This role is ideally suited to someone confident leading packages, attending design team meetings, and delivering high-quality technical output to tight deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in electrical building services design for Cat A commercial office blocks (ideally high-rise).
- Competence with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and Amtech/Trimble ProDesign.
- Ability to manage workloads, liaise with external stakeholders, and lead projects independently.
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and relevant electrical standards.
- Available to attend the Central London office 3 days per week.
