Hours: Mondays, 10:00am – 3:30pm
Term: Temporary – September 2025 to December 2025 (potential to extend to May 2026)
Pay rate: £24.69 – £28.75 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Position Overview:
Bolton Talent Solutions is recruiting a part-time Digital Skills Tutor to join Bolton College’s Adult Learning team on a temporary basis from September 2025 to the end of December 2025.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping adults develop their digital confidence and core computing skills. You will be delivering entry-level digital skills qualifications (EDSQ) to a diverse group of adult learners, including absolute beginners, Entry Level 3, and Level 1 learners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, accessible digital skills sessions
• Teach Entry Level 3 and Level 1 EDSQ (Essential Digital Skills Qualification)
• Support learners who may be completely new to using digital devices
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
• Experience teaching digital skills or IT to adult learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A recognised teaching qualification
• A patient and flexible approach to working with learners at different levels
