About the role
We are seeking talented, enthusiastic sales professionals to drive the origination, development and management of opportunities across Public Sector. You will be responsible for developing and closing new opportunities through the Node4 portfolio and sector understanding.
- Identify, pursue and land leads; hunt for new opportunities
- Collaborate with other roles as required to achieve prospective account and client objectives
- Understand customer needs and develop appropriate product recommendations
- Develop proposals and execute client negotiation
- Collaborate with strategic partners to co-sell and develop territory
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of IT Services & Node4 offerings
- Keep up with trends in related industry and competitors
- Support corporate objectives and highlight the delivery of key selling messages and provide a high-level of service toward being the best-in-class IT Services provider
- Support the creation of high-quality responses and pitch material, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
What will you bring?
- Relevant, related IT services sales background
- Strong understanding of Public Sector trends, especially within Local and Regional Government and / or Central Government
- Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement and a track record of success working within this framework
- Awareness of technology trends and focus areas, including Cloud adoption, customer experience, automation, data-driven decision making and AI
- Understand of the Microsoft cloud platform and proven success of developing and closing opportunities utilising one or more of the core workload products (Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace, Business Productivity and / or Data)
- Enthusiastic, self motivating
- Desire to engage directly with clients and build relationships
