Our team and the individuals you\’ll support

As a Support Practitioner you\’ll be part of a friendly and dedicated team providing support to two gentlemen in their own, shared home. We’ll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same.

This role would be ideal if you have a keen interest in gardening as both gentlemen have a passion for developing their organic garden with plans to grow their own fruit and vegetables! With a love for being outdoors, we\’re looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting with their hobbies and interests which include planning and maintain their organic garden.

About you

Shift Patterns
This role involves working 4 hours per week with dates and times mutually agreed.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.

Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
