This role will manage key relationships across a geography, developing and building on relationships with our customers. Those healthcare professionals that you engage with day in day out, will rely on you to offer advise, guidance and product knowledge

Working to a business plan, the primary purpose is to improve the service provision and efficiency of the business. Through an understanding of the Hospital Theatre environment, this role will assist with the ongoing support of existing Smith+Nephew customers and/or help implement business in new accounts by supporting the safe and efficient clinical use of the company\’s products and the management of associated stock and equipment, following the relevant company processes and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company\’s products.

Supporting customers with activities relating to the management of the company\’s stock and equipment including consignment inventory, loan kits, stock auditing, ordering patterns.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the company\’s CRM system, including information on customers\’ usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity working jointly with the appropriate Account Manager.

To liaise with colleagues from other parts of S+N to ensure cross business opportunities within key accounts are maximised.

Requirements

  • Medical sales experience, ideally in Orthopaedics
  • Theatre sales experience is preferred
  • Experience delivering training and guidance to customers and health care professionals ensuring an outstanding sales experience
  • Consistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients

Travel Requirements: >75%
