Our customer is a fast-growing IT Managed Services business delivering IT services to a range of customers. They cover a variety of Microsoft EUC/Desktop technologies and you will resolve customer incidents/support issues as well as deliver some migrations. What should you know / what are tasks you\βll do? Supporting their customer portfolio to resolve support issues to an advanced 2nd line or 3rd line within a busy remote EUC/Desktop support services team, as well as undertake some remote migration projects if you\βre interested (Remote/Hybrid) and working across a range of technologies including: Microsoft 365 M365 Admin Center Intune / Conditional Access / Autopilot Security groups DNS/DHCP Veeam Backup Ideally with the following: Project installations including Email/SharePoint Migrations Network router re-config Personality needs: Good communications and customer service mindset Strong work ethic + calm approach Be happy to work in an office 1 day a week as this is a hybrid role Please note if you work in a large enterprise organization just doing advanced customer services and logging tickets you will need to know more as I\βve outlined above!
