Newly qualified auditor – first step into industry
Are you an Auditor looking to build a career in industry Are you looking to develop a broad and in-depth skillset across various roles and sectors If this, this is the perfect role for you!
Our client is recruiting for a high profile team who work with household name clients including listed corporates and complex international groups. Their team are seconded into these clients to undertake projects or to step into a role on a temporary basis. The variety of work on offer will give you a more complete industry-focused skill-set than any individual industry role could do. One assignment might be a 3 month Management Accounting role for an AIM-listed retail group followed by a large analysis project for an international investment company.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Management reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP and preparing KPI dashboards
- Preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP and other accounting frameworks
- Cashflow forecasting, preparing budgets and forecasting
- Completing and reviewing month end close procedures for complex organisations including reconciliations
- Technical accounting advisory
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have experience of audit, statutory accounts or reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
- Demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team
