Job Description
Looking to expand team with experienced Fee Earners in the following areas:
- Clinical & Dental Negligence
- Personal Injury (PI)
- Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
If you have solid experience running your own caseload and are looking for your next role within a supportive and established firm, we’d like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of clinical negligence experience
- Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence claims, capable of managing cases from inception to trial.
- Experience handling claims related to:
- Medical misdiagnosis
- Surgical negligence
- Prescription and medication errors
- Dental negligence
- Excellent client care skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
