Salary: Circa £30,000
A leading designer and manufacture of very specialised refrigeration units have an immediate requirement for a Field Service Supervisor to join them.
You can be located anywhere in the UK but ideally in the Herefordshire / Gloucestershire area.
As Field Service Supervisor your role will focus around supporting both the Regional Service Managers & Technical Support Manager in the effective management of the companies Service Partners, whilst also providing first line support for the Service Support & Service Desk across all business areas.
Duties will also include close control of Service Partner Network, supervision of their onsite repairs, continued training and monitoring for internal benchmarking. Also encumbered within this role will be a certain amount of Service & PPM Works where a set area will be agreed for your coverage during Monday to Friday when available outside of the aforementioned duties.
It is essential you have C&G 2079 F-Gas or equivalent qualification.
General roles will also include:
* Weekend/OOH support rota duties 1 in every 4 weeks.
* Assistance with the operation and development of internal CRM systems and field operations.
* General administration duties for the Service Support/Desk teams including outlook diary management, appointment booking, email, report/letter writing etc. as and when required.
