We are hiring a Product and Training Manager to support WSA in achieving revenue targets through high-quality training and education, delivering exceptional training for our Widex and Signia brands.

Responsibilities:

Internal Training:

  • Develop audiological skills and training packages for WSA teams.
  • Enhance non-hearing aid knowledge for growth.

External Training:

  • Lead audiological training for WSA customers.
  • Provide educational support in various formats.
  • Coordinate and lead customer training meetings.
  • Support complex technical/audiological queries.

Product Launch:

  • Lead audiological product launch strategy with marketing and sales.
  • Develop and review audiology content for new products.
  • Test new products and resolve issues.
  • Gather market feedback for product development.
  • Lead product launch presentations and build training plans.

Key Opinion Leadership:

  • Become the expert in WSA hearing aids and equipment.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Support and embody the company strategy.

Develop Training Processes & Content:

  • Maintain a library of product and audiology content.
  • Create training tools for customers and colleagues.
  • Provide product management input in marketing meetings.

Experience:

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent with 4+ years of clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of private and public sectors and audiological equipment.
  • Preference for wax management experience.
  • People-oriented, solution-focused, and a team player.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to travel extensively—up to 3 days per week—to visit customers across the South of the UK.
